- Has strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Completes repairs efficiently and accurately
- Road tests vehicles to verify proper repair
- Uses Digital Vehicle Inspections to recommend needed work
- Communicates clearly with service advisors and team members
- Maintains a clean, organized workspace
- Maintains composure under pressure
- Promotes professionalism and customer satisfaction
- Owns sufficient personal tools
Education & Certifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Valid Driver’s License
- ASE Certifications (preferred, not required)
