Our Team

Randy graduated from Sheboygan Falls High School in 2014 before serving six years in the United States Air Force as an operator. His military experience helped shape the strong work ethic, discipline, and problem-solving skills he brings to the shop every day. 

With over 8 years of experience in the automotive industry, Randy especially enjoys diagnostic work and the challenge of tracking down difficult vehicle issues. He takes pride in finding solutions and helping customers get back on the road with confidence. 

When he's not working on vehicles, you'll likely find Randy behind the wheel of his sprint car or traveling with the Midwest Sprint Car Association. His passion for motorsports extends far beyond the shop, and he loves spending weekends at the racetrack competing and connecting with the racing community.

Evie graduated from South High School in 2022 and began the Automotive Maintenance Program at Lakeshore College in 2024, where she is currently working toward her diploma. With three years of experience in the automotive industry, she is passionate about learning, growing her skills, and expanding her knowledge alongside the team at Oostburg Auto. 

In her role, Evie assists the technicians with a variety of day-to-day vehicle maintenance tasks and helps ensure every vehicle meets the shop’s high standards before it leaves. Her strong attention to detail and commitment to quality make her an important part of delivering excellent service to customers. 

When she’s not in the shop, Evie enjoys working on her own vehicles, traveling to new places, and spending time outdoors exploring nature. She loves staying hands-on, whether she’s tackling a new automotive project or discovering a new adventure.

Damian’s passion for the automotive industry began at an early age and led him to earn his Automotive Technology degree from Nicolet Area Technical College in Rhinelander, Wisconsin, in 2018. Since then, he has built a strong career in the evolving automotive field, spending the last five years as an EV Lead Technician with Rivian and a Master Technician with Tesla. 

When he’s not working on vehicles, Damian enjoys spending quality time with his family, cheering on his favorite football teams, and taking advantage of any opportunity to be outdoors. His hands-on experience, dedication to his craft, and enthusiasm for innovation make him a valuable part of the team.

Kate began her automotive career at Oostburg Automotive in 2018 as a part-time lube technician. What started as an entry-level position quickly grew into a passion for the industry. She later gained valuable experience working in the service department at a local dealership before returning to Oostburg Automotive to work alongside her husband, Eric. 

Kate enjoys helping customers and being part of a team that keeps vehicles running safely and reliably. Her hands-on experience and friendly approach make her a valuable part of the Oostburg Automotive family. 

Outside of work, Kate loves spending time with Eric and their two children. Whether they’re riding four-wheelers, camping, hiking, traveling to new places, or simply enjoying the outdoors together, she’s happiest making memories with her family and embracing everything Wisconsin’s outdoors has to offer.
